Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment team for processing. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been submitted. This policy allows us to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Returns & Exchanges 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with 7 days of delivery if your package arrives damaged or lost in transit. Please send an email to info@missionreleaf.com with your order number & details of your concerns.

Defective items must be returned to us for inspection. Upon receiving your replacement request, we will issue a prepaid return label. Once item is received and verified as defective, a replacement product will be sent back to you at no additional cost.
We do not issue refunds for defective products—replacements only.
