Orders and Payment – All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. – Sales tax is applied where required by law. – Flat Rate Shipping applies to all orders unless otherwise stated. -Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined. – Customers who apply a discount code at checkout will be responsible for credit card processing fees. – We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
5. Order Cancellations Once an order is placed, it is automatically submitted to our fulfillment team. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@missionreleaf.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Defective items must be returned for inspection. A prepaid return label will be issued, and once verified as defective, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds for defective products—replacements only.
7. Shipping Policy – Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. – We ship via reputable carriers with tracking. – Mission Releaf is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Age Requirement You must be at least 21 years old to purchase products from Mission Releaf. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement.
9. Limitation of Liability Mission Releaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any product is limited to replacement in accordance with our refund policy.
